Multi Branch Stock Inventory

The MPower inventory is a true multi branch inventory. Each branch has control of their own stock levels, costs, mark-ups, and special pricing. Each inventory/warehouse can have unlimited sub-locations (mobile vans for example). You can manage your own stock or check other warehouses for stock if a part is required urgently. Each stock item can reference multiple suppliers and their part numbers and pricing. Keeping the right stock in the right place will keep invoicing and revenue where it should be.

Quoting

MPower quoting is a precursor to the invoice. Quotes can be presented as separate issues or sub sections in order to maximise the potential for the sale. Each of these sub sections can be invoiced independently. Profitability of each quote is calculated and available at any time throughout the process. A good quote is always the basis for a happy customer and a good invoice.

Invoicing

Invoicing should be simple and efficient, and so it is with MPower. Like the Quoting an invoice can be broken down into issues. Each issue has its own labour and comments in order to enhance the presentation of the invoice as well as capture important data for profit analysis and labour recovery. All point of sale documents are produced in real time and can be printed or emailed directly to customers. Of course Invoice profit summary is available at any stage of the process, and there are some great features to help you with the usual requests for discounts and special pricing. Invoice Revenue and Gross Profit are the building blocks for a great business.

KPIs

Each branch displays its own KPIs giving valuable feedback to the operator. This display is persistent and shows Sales Revenue, Number of Invoices, Gross Profit and Invoice Average for the Day-to-date, Week-to-date and Month-to-date. The KPI reporting controller can be set up to satisfy virtually any roster configuration. With the KPI display your staff can stay focused on achieving their targets.

Purchase Order Authorisation and Management

Each user can have an authority limit and can process Purchase Orders within that limit. Purchase Orders outside that limit are automatically referred up the managemant line for authorisation by an appropriate authority. At this stage, Purchase Orders may be authorised, declined or modified and explanatory emails accompany the decision. Purchase Orders can be tagged with job references and converted directly into Stock receipts and Invoices. MPower helps you get control of your expenses.

Scheduling

Balancing tasks and labour effectively can add profit straight to the bottom line as well as keeping customers happy. You can monitor activity of all staff and dispatch jobs to maximise throughput. Whether staff are on the floor or in the field you will know the status of all tasks and all jobs. You can Start, Stop, Split and Suspend jobs from the scheduler as well as Invoice, Quote and raise Purchase Orders. The Scheduler helps you match your workload to your staff for the best outcome.

Branch & User Management

Branches can be configured as a single enterprise, franchise network which has a more limited visibility of intercompany data. A branch can have its own invoice layout, logos, and affiliations whilst still being part of the group enterprise. Users can belong to one or more branches and each user has defined levels of authority from a simple base user to an enterprise administrator with many levels in between.

Whether you are looking to manage an enterprise in multiple locations or go completely mobile, MPower allows you to capture and manage all the right data in real-time. Your staff in the field will know where they are going, what they are doing and be able to complete the customer documents and invoices on the spot.
